Use of the Squak Mountain Room for 1 hour between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. An after-hours charge of $10 applies to reservations outside of normal business hours.
The Squak Mountain Room accommodates 6 people at the table. It has very comfortable high back chairs and a white board. The room is located on the first floor off an interior hallway.

Your guests will be greeted by our pleasant and professional receptionists. There are several comfortable seating areas where they can wait until you are ready to receive them. Coffee is available for your guests as well.
Meadow Creek Business Center has two break areas with seating, refrigerator, microwave, sink and cabinet space. Our 2nd floor Break Room has free coffee and tea service and cappuccinos and mochas are also available. Snacks and soft drinks are provided from vending machines.
The main copier at Meadow Creek is located in the mail area. It is a digital B&W/color, copier, printer, scan and fax machine. You can operate the machine by entering a copy code. You can also set the printer up on your PC and print from your home or office via the internet. Print jobs can be collated and stapled. You can set your print job to only print when you are at the printer and enter your code and password if desired.
The first floor copier is B&W only and does not have the fax feature.
Let the front desk know if you will need to make copies in advance so a code can be assigned. Per page charges will apply. The front desk can also make copies for your convenience.
The room is equipped with a business phone with conferencing capacity for up to 5 parties. The phone is also used to contact you when your guests arrive. An access code will be provided to you if you plan to make outgoing calls during your meeting. Long distance charges will apply.
Conference rooms have access to our 300/25 Mbps internet service via Wi-Fi or a wired connection.
A 32 inch flat screen TV is available for you to use for presentations at an additional charge. An HDMI port is required to connect to your laptop or tablet.
A PC Projector is available for you to use for presentations at an additional charge. An VGA port is required to connect to your laptop or tablet.
