Meeting Rooms at a Reasonable Rate
Meeting rooms at Meadow Creek Business Center are available at a fraction of what you might pay at a hotel. Our meeting rooms include:
- Board Room – has windows on 2 sides with a 14 foot table that seats 12. There is ample perimeter area for additional seating or exhibits. There is a white board at one end and a 55 inch flat screen at the other. This room is located on the second floor adjacent to the lobby.
- Tiger Mountain Room offers a large natural wood table with seating for 10. There are white boards at each end of the room and plenty of perimeter space for display and additional seating. The adjustable leather chairs are comfortable and will stay that way through extended meetings. The room is located on the second floor off of the main hall.
- The Squak Mountain Room accommodates 6 people at the table. It has very comfortable high back chairs and a white board. The room is located on the first floor off an interior hallway.
- The Cougar Mountain Room has dark furnishings that provide a degree of formality while the 4-person table creates a more personable setting for smaller groups. The meeting room is equipped with a 43 inch flat screen for presentations and a large whiteboard. The room is located on the second floor off an interior hallway.
Prices start at $30 per hour. Full-day and Half-day rates are available as well as monthly plans for frequent users.
