Daily Rate $30

Use of a Hot Desk from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

2 Day Plan $50 per Month - as low as $25 per day

Use of a Coworking Desk as available for 2 days per month. Can be used in half-day increments or greater. Half days from 8:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 5:00. Full day from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

4 Day Plan $90 per Month - as low as $22.50 per day

Use of a Coworking as available for 4 days per month. Can be used in half-day increments or greater. Half days from 8:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 5:00. Full day from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

8 Day Plan $160 per Month - as low as $20 per day

Use of a Coworking as available for 8 days per month. Can be used in half-day increments or greater. Half days from 8:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 5:00. Full day from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

12 Day Plan $200 per Month - as low as $16.67 per day

Use of a Coworking as available for 12 days per month. Can be used in half-day increments or greater. Half days from 8:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 5:00. Full day from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Comcast Dedicated 1 Gbps Fiber Port - 200 Mbps Internet Service

Each office is connected to a Comcast Dedicated 1 Gbps Fiber Port - 200 Mbps lightning fast internet service. There are also 3 Wi-Fi connections through the building. Static IPs are also available. Your guests will have no problems connecting to our network.

Discounts on Other Services for Plan Clients

Shared Desk Plan clients receive a 25% discount on other service plans like Business Identities/Mailboxes or Virtual Office plans.

Print and Copy Area

The main copier at Meadow Creek is located in the mail area. It is a digital B&W/color, copier, printer, scan and fax machine. You can operate the machine by entering your copy code. Print jobs can be collated and stapled. You can set your print job to only print when you are at the printer and enter your code and password if desired.
The first floor copier is B&W only and does not have the fax feature.

Nightly Cleaning Service

Meadow Creek Business Center has a cleaning service 5 nights per week.

Reception Area For Your Guests

Your guests will be greeted by our pleasant and professional receptionists. There are several comfortable seating areas where they can wait until you are ready to receive them. Coffee is available for your guests as well.

Break Area

Meadow Creek Business Center has two break areas with seating, refrigerator, microwave, sink and cabinet space. Our 2nd floor Break Room has free coffee and tea service and mochas are also available. Snacks and soft drinks are provided from vending machines.

Free Parking

Meadow Creek Business Center has ample free parking for you and your guests.

A Hot Desk is a private desk for a day in a shared office environment. A great productivity tool when you don’t need a full-time office. Hot desks are so economical that even when you don’t use it for the full day, it’s a bargain. Monthly plans take your hot desk cost down to under $2 an hour.
